The products purchased on www.hopenclo.com are sold directly by Daniel Srl, a company under Italian law, with registered office in Via F. Ferrucci 57 59100 Prato PO, registered with the CCIAA of Prato at no. PO - 532670, C.F./P.IVA 03140880489.
The offer and sale of products on the site www.hopenclo.com are governed by these General Conditions of Sale.
The General Conditions of Sale may be periodically updated; those published on www.hopenclo.com accepted at the time of check out are considered effective and binding.
Please read the terms and conditions of sale carefully before proceeding with the purchase.
Purchase method
For each product chosen, a descriptive sheet is displayed, with the image and essential characteristics, for example: the color, the size, the unit price.
The images and colors of the products offered for sale on www.hopenclo.com may not correspond to the actual ones due to the Internet browser and/or monitor used: Daniel Srl is not responsible for any inaccuracies due to a particular computer configuration or malfunction.

Product availability
The products offered for sale and the relative price are those indicated on www.hopenclo.com.
If, at the time of the order, the products are not available, the corresponding size is not displayed.
If, due to the simultaneous purchase by different customers, the ordered product is no longer available, an email canceling the order will be sent.
Daniel Srl may change the products offered for sale on www.hopenclo.com and the relative price at any time and without notice.
Product price
The price of each item is indicated in Euros: taxes included (VAT), shipping costs excluded for countries of the European Union. Taxes excluded (VAT), shipping costs excluded for countries outside the European Union.
The cost of shipping and any customs charges is indicated before payment and calculated in relation to the destination of the goods. (Shipping method)
Order
Placing the purchase order implies knowledge of these general conditions of sale and their unconditional acceptance.
Orders can be placed after registration and/or creation of a personal account ("register for free") of the Customer. Please remember to carefully read the Privacy Policy (Privacy Regulation) and the Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Orders are filled out by following the steps and instructions specified on the site.
The purchase of products offered for sale on tuosito.com can be made by consumers/customers who have reached the age of majority and who act exclusively on their behalf.
The sale and/or distribution of products purchased on www.hopenclo.com is prohibited.
Daniel srl reserves the right to evaluate the acceptance of orders received.
Daniel srl will communicate to the customer via email any inability to accept the orders received.

Order Confirmation
At the time of the purchase, the Customer receives written confirmation of the product ordered, the amount to be paid, with the details of the price of the product and shipping costs and any customs charges for non-EU countries.
Daniel srl sends a subsequent order confirmation via email with the relevant delivery times for the product.
Payment Methods
Danie srl accepts payments made with the following credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro. The products ordered remain the property of Daniel srl until the relative price has been fully collected.
Shipping Methods
Information on shipping methods, costs and any customs charges are indicated at the time of purchase. Shipping costs and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are charged to the credit and debit card at the time of purchase.
Shipping Costs
All purchases with an address in Italy are delivered by the express courier GLE and DHL. For all other destinations, the DHL courier is used.
We do not ship to PO boxes.
The following table shows the shipping costs for the different amounts:

For purchases under 250.00 the shipping cost is 12.00 flat rate
For purchases over 250.00 shipping is free Europe
All orders are delivered by the courier GLS, DHL from 9 to 17, from Monday to Friday.
Once the items have been shipped it is no longer possible to change the destination address.
Delivery areas
The delivery of the products is made to the address requested by the Customer (shipments to PO boxes are not made) and in the following EXTRA EEC countries
Delivery times
From receipt of the order the delivery time of the products is as follows:
Italy 2/3 working days
Islands 3/5 working days
Other destinations 5/7 working days
Deliveries are made and guaranteed by GLS and DHL.
All orders are delivered by the courier from 9 to 17, from Monday to Friday.
The Customer is requested to provide a valid address to which the goods will be delivered during delivery hours. Please promptly indicate any change of address.
Once the shipment has been made, it is not possible to change the destination address.
At the time of shipment, Daniel srl will communicate to the Customer by email the GLS or DHL shipment number.
Any delays in delivery exceeding 10 (ten) working days must be reported promptly to our Customer Service and in any case within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the order confirmation.
Receipt of the goods
If, at the time of delivery, the external appearance of the package shows imperfections, the Customer must open the package in the presence of the carrier
We recommend checking the goods at the time of delivery and verifying that the quantity of products delivered corresponds to what was ordered, that the packaging is intact, not damaged, or in any case altered. Any anomalies must be noted in writing on the courier's delivery note.
Any delivery problems must be reported promptly to our Customer Service and in any case within 10 (ten) calendar days from order confirmation.
Limitation of Liability - Exclusion of Warranty
The site www.hopenclo.com may contain any imperfections and Daniel srl does not guarantee that they will be corrected.
The site www.hopenclo.it and its content are provided "as is" and "as available".
By using the site, the User assumes all risks associated with such use and assumes full responsibility for any failure to use, loss of data and costs due to assistance and repairs of the hardware and/or software used in relation to the site. The User also undertakes not to hold Daniel srl responsible in any way for any damages arising from or caused by the use of the site or related to it.
Applicable Law and Competent Court
In the event of disputes, the Court of Parto shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
