Returns and Exchanges
If the products do not satisfy you, you can request a refund or an exchange.
The conditions for exchanges and returns are as follows:
Return Procedure
The purchased goods can be returned within 10 days from the delivery date.
Returns made after the indicated deadline can be accepted exclusively at the discretion of Daniel srl.
Daniel srl refunds the full cost of the products returned by the Customer provided they are accompanied by the return authorization issued by Daniel srl.
The refund, excluding shipping costs, is credited to the same credit and debit card used for the purchase or to the current account used for the bank transfer.
To carry out the return procedure, you must send an email to online@danielfashiongroup.com to obtain a return authorization number (RMA- Returns Merchandise Authorization).
To carry out the return, wait for the return authorization issued by Daniel srl.
The email with the return authorization must be included inside the package.
Daniel srl sends a pre-filled sheet with the destination address to be applied to the package with the return authorization.
Unauthorized returns are not accepted. The return is accepted only if the procedure indicated in this paragraph is followed.
The products must be returned in their original packaging to ensure that they are not damaged during shipping.
The return of the product does not involve the payment of shipping costs.
The return of the product is not free if the products are returned from a country other than the one originally indicated as the destination address.
For returns, contact customer service
Once the proforma invoice for the return has been completed, a collection is booked by contacting GLS or DHL. The package must be delivered closed to the courier.
Daniel srl sends an email confirming receipt of the return and activation of the refund procedure. The refund of the price of the returned products occurs within 15 days from the date on which Daniel srl received the returned product in the conditions indicated.
Return conditions
The products to be returned must not have been worn, used or damaged. They must still have all the original tags and security seals intact.
Shoes must be tried on a carpet and must be returned in the original box, which is an integral part of the product. Shoes returned without a box or in a damaged box may be refused and returned to the Customer.
Underwear and swimwear must be tried on over your own underwear and without removing the protective sticker.
If the sticker is removed or the items are creased, the return will not be accepted and will be sent back to the Customer.
Returns that do not meet all the required conditions will not be accepted.

Exchanges
It is possible to exchange the purchased product only with another similar one of a different size or measurement within 10 days from the delivery date and provided that it is available.
Changes requested after the indicated deadline can be accepted exclusively at the discretion of Daniel srl.
To make the change, it is necessary to send an email with the change request to online@danielfashiongroup.com. To make the change, wait for the change authorization issued by Daniel srl. Unauthorized changes are not accepted. Please refer to the methods indicated in the "Return Procedures" paragraph.
Returning the product does not involve the payment of shipping costs.
Indicate the new size / measurement, respecting the conditions of the return procedure. If you wish to change with another item, we recommend requesting a refund and proceeding with a new purchase separately.
The replacement product will be sent to the Customer by courier without additional shipping costs.
Defective goods
Products received already damaged or showing defects of conformity are considered defective.
It is possible to request the exchange of the defective product within 10 days from the delivery date, following the same steps as Returns / Exchanges.
In such cases, Daniel srl will replace the defective item with an identical one, if available, or repair it if possible.
The replacement product will be sent to the Customer by courier without additional shipping costs.
If the replacement or repair of the product is not possible, Daniel srl will proceed with the refund. The re-credit, including shipping costs when the product is originally defective, is made on the same credit and debit card used by the Customer for payment.
Return of gifts
In the case of products purchased and sent as gifts, the return can be exercised exclusively by the Customer and in no case by the recipient of the gift, following the same steps as Returns/Exchanges.
It is understood that the integrity of the product is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal.
Refunds
The Customer who is not satisfied with the product received can exercise the return within 10 days from the delivery date.
Please refer to the same methods of returning the products expressed in the Returns/Exchanges paragraph.
The refund of the price of the returned products occurs within 10 working days from the date on which Daniel srl received the returned product in the conditions indicated.
The re-credit is made on the same credit and debit card used by the Customer for payment, excluding shipping costs (unless the products are defective at origin).
Customs charges and sales taxes are not refundable for orders placed outside the EU.
